Musings of an Idiot

The Hero with a Thousand Faces by Joseph Campbell is a fascinating book. It was written in the 1940's but it still holds so true and passes the test of time with flying colours. It deals with myths, psychology, story telling and humanity per se. Needless to say it is a very easy read if you are interested in any of those topics.

I finally got around to watching Rain Man and it was a good watch. What makes the work is the brilliant performances by Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman. On the other hand 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' is a forgettable movie - it is funny in a few scenes but otherwise it is pretty middle of the path.
